We are currently seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join our team of professionals in our Dallas, TX office. The designer will provide project administrative support to Senior Interior Design staff to assist in the management of the day to day production of multi-family interior design projects to meet deadlines accurately.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide project administrative support to designers and managers
• Assist in managing high-end multifamily projects
• Develop a strong relationship with vendors
• Assist in producing a schedule of materials
• Assist in requesting pricing of FF&E for budgetary purposes
• Source fabrics wallcoverings furniture and other materials
• Assist in preparing client presentations
• Work with the team to prepare finish boards
• Assist in library organization
• Assist in the production of construction drawings
• Adheres to building codes and ADA compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

More about you:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• 1-4 years of interior design experience in multifamily and/or hospitality
• Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Revit and SketchUp experience is desirable
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
