Description

What You Will Do
Working with Design Director(s) and project team(s), participate in all project phases, including hotel planning and programming,conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, FF&E sourcing and specifications, and construction documents
Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
Produce graphic presentations, 3D visualizations, and construction drawings
Develop and exhibit self-direction and curiosity while working in a collaborative environment
Assist in managing client expectations and team communication
Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs

Qualifications

Intermediate understanding of design theories, material, and color Strong understanding for the development of FF&E Specifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field from an accredited school 4-8 years of professional commercial design experience NCIDQ or CID Certification requiredProficiency in the use of Revit is a must Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, Enscape, and InDesign preferred strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
