• Lead collaborative design teams, working closely with Studio and Design Directors, to establish effective project work plans with attainable project objectives
• Manage all phases of interior architecture projects, from project set-up through design and construction administration
• Help prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, coordinate bidding process
• Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, project set-up with clients, sub-consultants, vendors and contractors
• Track financial performance of projects
• Ensure projects conform to contract
• Develop and maintain client relationships

• 5+ years as a Project Manager with a focus on interiors (workplace interiors , multifamily and experience with various project types expected)
• Experience leading projects of a variety of scales & types, and mentoring Interior Designers
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal management skills
• Commitment to a collaborative design process
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards
• Working knowledge of Revit preferred
• Professional degree (Master or Bachelor) in Architecture or Interior Design
